NOTE

• ENROLMENT PROCEDURE: Applicants to apply using the Online Platform, applicants should visit the institution’s website    

www.maspoly.ac.zw and click the August 2026 Intake.. Kindly follow all the given instructions. NB. ONLY STUDENTS’ WHO APPLY ONLINE WILL BE CONSIDERED.

• FEES: An application fee of US$20 for local applicants and $US30 foreign applicants should be paid. Proof of payment to be attached to the completed online application form.

3.0 PAYMENT OPTIONS 

3.1 BANKING DETAILS:  CBZ Nostro Account No. 02520615750055 Masvingo Branch

     Payment to be done at the Bank and proof of payment to be uploaded online.

3.2 ECOCASH: To make payment select the Ecocash option in the application Portal

STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED WHEN COMPLETING THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

 

Step 1: First create your account by filling the form, if you have done the process do not repeat it, rather click on forgot password to retrieve your password

Step 2: After creating your account you will be asked to login, NB: use your email address and the password you have created before

Step 3 : Fill in your personal details and attach relevant documents.

Step 4: Fill in your O Level educational details and attach your documents, if you have more than one sitting make them into 1 document

Step 5: Finalise your application, by submitting your first to third choice, also attach your proof of payment. You can also make your payment using Ecocash, if you pay using this option make sure you add the payment and the proof.

Receipt or Bank Proof of Payment

All attachments should be saved in pdf format and the file names should not have special characters (* , - ? / etc.)

NB: To be considered for National Diploma and Higher National Diploma courses a relevant National Certificate and National Diploma in the course being applied for is a prerequisite.
