PAYMENT OPTIONS OF MAY/JUNE 2025 EXAMINATIONS

OPTION 1

Payment through the Student Portal

Go to Masvingo Polytechnic website www.maspoly.ac.zw OR http://maspoly.easylearn.co.zw. Students can log in using student number and password. NB. The default password is maspoly for those who have not logged in before. To make payments click Ecocash Top-up on the left side of the portal dashboard. Students can retrieve and print receipts by clicking Statement on the student portal dashboard.

OPTION 2

PayNow

Payments can be done by visiting www.topup.co.zw use *828# short code and then type #mpc. Students / Guardians can use one of the followings ways to make payments. A student number is also required when using this option

• MasterCard/Visa card. For this option, you can use locally issued or internationally issued Visa/MasterCard.
• Ecocash, OneMoney or Telecash those registered on these platforms can make payments.
• Innbucks

Students can retrieve and print receipts by clicking Statement on the student portal dashboard.

PAYMENTS CAN BE DONE USING USD OR ZIG (AT THE PREVAILING OFFICIAL BANK RATE) BUT ALL PAYMENTS SHOULD BE DONE USING THE ABOVE PAYMENTS OPTIONS ONLY. ZIPIT OR TRANSFERS ARE NOT ALLOWED SINCE THEY TAKE TIME TO REFLECT IN THE STUDENTS’ PORTAL THEREBY INCONVENIENCING THE STUDENT. PAYMENTS AT THE ACCOUNTS OFFICE IS NOT ALLOWED SINCE WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HANDLE CASH.

EXAMINATION FEE BREAKDOWNS

Please be advised that the HEXCO registration fees structure for the May/June 2025 examination session is as follows:

Fees may be paid in local currency at the official exchange rate for Zimbabwean citizens and in US dollar for foreigners. Payment dates for the registration of candidates for the May/June 2025 examinations is 01 April 2025 to 11 April 2025.DOWNLOAD_FULL_ADVERT_HERE
